Template:Minigame-infobox Jump the Gun is a 2-versus-2 minigame found in Mario Party 6. Its name comes from the phrase "jump the gun", which refers to when a person does something prematurely.

One character on each team controls a cannon that shoots out Bullet Bills on specific spaces. The other character has to use those Bullet Bills as small platforms to get to the finish line (which is also a platform). There are only aesthetic differences between daytime and nighttime.
