The selection screen of the Sapphire Cup.
The Sapphire Cup, is the second out of four cups in Donkey Kong Barrel Blast. It is unlocked when the Topaz Cup is beaten. It consists of four courses which include, Scorching Canyon, DK Jungle Falls, Shimmering Sea, and Mammoth Glacier. The victory ceremony is the same as the victory ceremony in the Topaz Cup.

- Tiny Kong - Beat Sapphire Cup as a Kong.
- Kalypso - Beat Sapphire Cup as a Kremling.
- Diamond Cup - Beat Sapphire Cup on Rookie.
