[[Captain Goomba (Mario & Luigi series)|Captain Goomba]], [[Captain Shy Guy (Mario & Luigi series)|Captain Shy Guy]], [[Captain Boo]], and [[Captain Koopa Troopa]] manage to finish rebuilding the [[Koopa Cruiser]], only to be immediately challenged by [[Roy Koopa|Roy]]. The Goomba Squad battles [[Broozer]]s, [[Ice Snifit (Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga)|Ice Snifit]]s, [[Ice Bro]]s, [[Kamek]], [[Big Boo]]s, and Roy himself. When unbrainwashed, Roy suddenly remembers that [[Private Goomp]], [[Sergeant Guy]], and [[Corporal Paraplonk]] all set a time bomb on the [[Koopa Cruiser]], prompting all of the Goomba Squad to stop the trio once and for all.
