Ultra Nuts are an extremely useful item in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. These rare items can be purchased for 140 Beanbean Coins in Beanbean Castle Town. Red Viruses can also drop them. Like all other types of Nuts, Ultra Nuts will heal both Mario and Luigi, only using the one item. Ultra Nuts heal a whopping 100 HP.
This item has only appeared in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga to date.
