Scoff is a giant blue hippopotamus that the Kongs meet in Donkey Kong 64.
In every area of Donkey Kong 64 (except for Hideout Helm) the Kongs come across a Scoff n' Troff Portal which transports them to Scoff and his buddy Troff. It seems Troff has eaten too much and in order for him to reach the key to a Boss Door, the Kongs must feed Scoff a certain number of bananas so he can lift Troff up to the key using a see-saw like mechanism.
After the Kongs defeat King Krusha K. Rool, both Scoff and Troff retreat to DK's house, where they party with the Kongs and their friends. It is not elaborated on what happens to the duo after the party, as they are not seen in any other Donkey Kong games to date.
