Sluggy the Unshaven is massive Sluggy found in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. He's a see-through slug with a face, hair in various places and a visible (and equally hairy) heart. To defeat him, the Blue Yoshi had to throw Eggs at his heart, pushing through his gelatinous skin. He was originally a tiny, untransparent version of himself, until Kamek used his magic on him.

In his open-air room is an Egg-Plant, the bad thing is that it's at the very edge of the room. Once Yoshi throws and egg the skin will be pushed inward, but then it will slowly move back into place. The egg will shoot out like it was on a trampoline, so keep a steady supply of eggs. Much like Navel Piranha you can see the boss before Kamek magically alters him. He's on the ceiling but unfortunately, you can't destroy him with eggs.

It is unknown if Sluggy was the inspiration for Tubba Blubba, a boss from Paper Mario with a hairy heart.
