Sad Rex is an enemy found on Vibe Island in the game, Super Princess Peach.
Sad Rex, like Sad Goomba, will just sit where they are and weep, but when Princess Peach approaches, they charge at her.
According to the game's Glossary, it "Gets sad and attacks when it sees an enemy."
