A bundle of three Mushrooms.
Triple Mushrooms are a performance booster item found in many Mario Kart games. They are a set of three Mushrooms, used the same way as a normal Mushroom. Triple Mushrooms are rarely acquired above fifth place, however, but are common under said position.
