I know that this is very confusing because they basically have the same name, but they are two distinct enemies. Admittedly, we need to find a way to clear up the confusion. 10:35, January 26, 2024 (EST)

Gnawty
Do you think that for the Gnawty's section in Donkey Kong 64, we should change it to say only the manual calls them by that name while everything else generically calls them Beavers? PrincessPeachFan (talk) 13:16, February 5, 2024 (EST)
Belome's clones
Hi! So a few days ago I spilt the clones from Belome's second fight in the Temple into their own separate pages, and I was wondering if I could ask for your help in adding more info about them? Annalisa10 (talk) 09:49, February 7, 2024 (EST)
TCRF-related.
Hey, so I asked FanOfRosalina2007 a question, and I was told to ask you, so that's what I'm doing. What if something unused in a game gets re-used in a hack/mod of said game? Should that be mentioned, or not? SONIC123CDMANIA+&K(B&ATSA) 11:24, February 21, 2024 (CST)
Mario Megasite
Hey so I've been strongly looking into the lost Nintendo Europe Mario Megasite recently, and I found your 2013 post in Princess Peach's talk page mentioning an archive that you were able to access then. It has since been excluded from the Wayback Machine, so everything from it is lost now. I was just wondering if you by any chance saved any screenshots of it or preserved it in any fashion, because I'm very interested in it and I'm sure it has plenty of stuff that the wiki would benefit from having. -- 22:57, February 22, 2024 (EST)
:Actually, it's not just the one webpage that has bean excluded; the Wayback Machine blocks any attempt at archiving web pages with the "nintendo.co.uk" (or any Nintendo of Europe) domain. 04:46, February 23, 2024 (EST)
:Yeah, it's unfortunate. I brought it up from memory here and here, but it was before I realized archiving needed to be taken more seriously. == The Dream Team Magikoopa team ==
I'm curious as to the Japanese counterpart to the line that the Swallow brought up here with the Magikoopa team during the giant Bowser battle, as the speaker is implied to be the Kamek that has been fought multiple times not long before then - during which he created copies of himself. Does the wording indicate they are standard henchmen, or split selves, or a nonspecific term that could be understood as either (as is the case with Koopa Kid in Japanese)? == Internal localized names for Downpour Cloud ==
Hello! According to one of your edits, the Downpour Cloud is localized as such in the internal files. I wanted to know if it had internal localized names in other languages (i.e., besides Japanese and English). 07:57, March 11, 2024 (EDT)

Missed me move
Hello so I was wondering if I could ask you to add the rest of the Other Language names for the Missed me! move from Super Mario RPG if possible?
:Yes, I'll do that sometime soon. I should be able to make sure all or most the Super Mario RPG remake names are accounted for. I think it's very interesting because you see that each language seems to look at Japanese and English versions. == Zelda II artwork JACKPOT ==
So Mysterii showed in the Triforce Wiki discord server an old Japanese guidebook magazine that has tons of artwork missing from A&A's coverage of TAoL - recolors, Great Palace enemies (but not bosses, unfortunately), and lots of misc. actions for Link that aren't even in the FDS manual. And it's clearly by the same artist. This also shows the yellow Daira artwork predates the western release, and the Carock art was originally red like the sprite. (And in my luck, the last page is an ad for Golf: Japan Course - ie the game I'm currently ripping from). Anyways, here's a link. :Oh dang, that's really cool! Tokuma Shoten also made pre-Shogakukan and pre-Nintendo Power guides, so they seem pretty reliable as a source at that time. I also like the magazine's defense/parry art. The illustrations seem to confirm that Reflex is intentional. I'll also take it as confirmation on what happens when the curtain closes (someone tell Boundary Break). Still doesn't seem to have info on that "Sage" though, despite giving him a text bubble. I know this is paltry in comparison, but the other day, I happened upon an alternate name for the Magic Jar here. == archive ==
The reason I replaced with a newer archive is because if you look in the references section of the Koopa Shell article, it displays an "error: invalid time", which is odd since it doesn't do it for all timestamps. == Toads and Mushrooms ==
To be fair, there's been a wrench as far back as Super Show, considering George Washingtoad. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 13:40, April 20, 2024 (EDT)
:I always took that as like Toadofsky - probably also intended as a play on toadstool rather than Toad - but "Toad as species" are in some early sources, plus the German translation in Super Mario RPG remake does have instances of Toad as species. Paper Mario still marked a definitive point where Mushroom People was phased out, but the switch to Toad wasn't as sudden as I thought, so I've decided that it would be more confusing than not to be stubborn about conjectural naming here.
