:::::::::That's just a fan-run site, so the tags don't mean much (though they also have the Paragoomba tagged as just "Goomba" and Peepa as "Boo", so it's probably more of a "species and its variants" thing anyway). I'd assume the red piece is supposed to represent whatever you call that "inner area" [[:File:MKDS Bullet Bill Screenshot.png|the back of Bullet Bills normally have]], just without the rim.
