Stretch: Difference between revisions

Stretches first appeared in ''[[Super Mario Bros. 3]]'' and its [[Super Mario All-Stars|respective]] [[Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3|remakes]]. They are found exclusively in [[fortress]]es and are more of an obstacle than an enemy. They debuted in {{world-link|3|fortress|2|World 3-Fortress 2}}. If the player attempts passing them, it will rise from the top and bottom of the platform and attempt to hit them by moving left to right. Stretches are often found in groups. Stretches can only be defeated with a [[Super Star|Starman]] or [[hammer]]s thrown by [[Hammer Mario|the Hammer form]].
