:I think, even though this character was voiced by Delores Rogers, it was intended to be male, with the mustache. Delores ''might'' have been trying to do a nasally/high-pitched man's voice, having been informed the character was a male judge, or she may not have been told the character's gender, or she may have been told the character was female, only for the art team to had a mustache without the audio team knowing. - I think, even though this character was voiced by Delores Rogers, it was intended to be male, with the mustache. Delores might have been trying to do a nasally/high-pitched man's voice, having been informed the character was a male judge, or she may not have been told the character's gender, or she may have been told the character was female, only for the art team to had a mustache without the audio team knowing.
