According to The Cutting Room Floor, the 8 logo as seen here: https://www.mariowiki.com/File:Emblem_amt_mk8.png goes unused. :Looks like it's a placeholder image the game uses. It swaps it with the character specific emblem when a character is highlighted/chosen? That's a guess here, as it does [https://www.models-resource.com/wii_u/mariokart8/model/10732/ seem to be part of the kart model]. The 8 logo[edit]
According to The Cutting Room Floor, the 8 logo as seen here: https://www.mariowiki.com/File:Emblem_amt_mk8.png goes unused. I'm not entirely sure if this is true and if it is, can someone add it to the page please? Thanks 79.67.209.35 17:33, 8 June 2018 (EDT)
