Bowser’s Power Bomb is a Bowser's Gauntlet minigame in Mario Party: Star Rush. As with all Bowser's Gaunlet minigames, it is played during random intervals in longer sessions of Coinathlon. Players who do not survive this minigame get knocked back depending on how early they are defeated: characters who are defeated first get sent back further.

Gameplay

Players need to watch Bowser as he tosses Bob-ombs on the top screen that fall on a hovering platform on the bottom screen. Once they land, the Bob-ombs will start walking for a bit before they explode. When they do, the platform tilts rapidly in many directions for a bit before stopping near the center. Sometimes, Bowser may throw two Bob-ombs. If players fall off the platform or collide with a Bob-omb, they are out of the game. Players can punch other players to try to get them to fall off or force them into a Bob-omb. Any players that outlast the timer or are the last one standing win the minigame.
