A Fright Mask is an item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. When used, it will automatically scare enemies off the battle stage. Enemies defeated in this way only leave 1 Star Point. A Fright Mask resembles Bowser's face with a dark blue hue and yellow eyes. It's fairly common and can be purchased in a few shops. It also has no effect on bosses, just like its Paper Mario counterpart, the Fright Jar.
