A '''Bowser Card''' is a card that appears in ''[[Mario Party: Island Tour]]''. It only appears in [[Shy Guy's Shuffle City]]. A Bowser Card is a card that appears in Mario Party: Island Tour. It only appears in Shy Guy's Shuffle City. Unlike other cards, it is unique, meaning that there isn't another copy of it. This card don't allows to move.
