A Red Apple is an item in Super Paper Mario. Found on a tree a tree in Overthere Stair, it restores 5 HP and cures poison. Mario and Co. thought this might have been the taboo fruit to wake up Princess Peach. They fed it to her, and she perked up at once, wondering what was going on.
