Dreamcap Captain

Dreamcap Captains are purple, supposedly layered Capnap-like creatures. They appear in groups with Dreamcapss and they are the force that makes sure they are able to attack. If the player defeats all the Dreamcap Captains in the Dreamcap group, the Dreamcaps will huddle together and one will run away with each turn. If all Dreamcaps are defeated and the Dreamcap Captain(s) is/are left standing, it/they'll summon four to five more Dreamcaps. They only appear in the Dream World in Mario and Luigi: Dream Team.

Actual Attacks

Dreamcap Captains and Dreamcaps only have two actual attacks. The first one is where all Dreamcaps are in an orderly fashion and attack Mario head-on. Mario must jump to avoid this. The other attack involves them attacking Mario in groups from the side. Mario must also jump to avoid a deathly fate.
