A green fish that slowly swims back and forth or in one direction in Super Mario World. They appear most often along side Rip Van Fish or Cheep-Cheep's. Capes, fireballs, and Yoshi will defeat them, although since they only move horizontally you can just swim over/under them.
Super Mario World is the only game they've appeared in.
