Italics

Hello, Okapii! Thanks for your contributions. When writing titles for media like games, films, TV shows, and publications, please remember to italicize them. This is done by placing two straight apostrophes (not quotation marks or curly apostrophes) on both sides of the title, or clicking on the I icon above the text box and typing out the title. For example, typing out ''[[Super Mario Bros.]]'' generates Super Mario Bros. If you are using a device that uses curly ("smart") punctuation, you may need to disable this function in your device's settings to be able to type out the correct apostrophes.

Nintendo Music playlists

Hey there Okapii, really appreciate your contributions to Nintendo Music's coverage!

As you may have seen, I've been pushing for uploads of images used in the app to be the actual source images rather than screenshots. The thing is that playlist covers are actually very simple to acquire properly, all you need to do is copy the share link for a playlist (such as https://share.m.nintendo.com/en-US/US/officialPlaylists/ab9ca6b7-9e72-4a23-b7c5-9c3a1942957d/) and open it in your browser. From there you can simply download the cover like you would any other image. Please consider also using File:NM_Yoshi_PL.jpg as a good reference for handling future uploads.

Hi! I’d be glad to help, though I am still (slowly) playing through DKB at the moment so I can’t promise I’ll be able to add screenshots from later layers right away. Nintendo Music 2024/2025 Selects

Hi! I noticed that you made an edit to designate the 2024/2025 Selects as part of the Top Recommendations section in List of playlists with Super Mario tracks on Nintendo Music. However, while this association does make sense of course, in my own version of the Nintendo Music app, as well as some other people I've checked in with, it doesn't seem to show up in that section, and is instead located in its own designated part of the homepage ("How about some Yearly Selects?").

Is this association something that exists in the internal Nintendo Music data and just hasn't been made public yet (similar to some other themed playlists that only get added to their sections later on), does it show up in that section on your end, or is there something else here I'm missing? Hello! apologies for the late response. I was initially going to make a separate “Yearly Selects” tab for those playlists, but I ended up including them in the top recommendation based on the Nintendo Music Information Database listing them as such. It is an unofficially resource, but has been very useful for gathering images and info related to Nintendo Music so I just figured they knew what they were talking about lol.
