Forum talkEdit

Hi! I just wanted to let you know that talk pages are for questions on how to improve the article, suggestions, and other constructive purposes for the wiki. Your edit on a file talk page (saying that the image was great) classifies as forum talk. You can talk about casual things like this on the Mario Boards or the Mario Wiki's official Discord server.   Sparks (talk)   23:16, August 9, 2025 (EDT)

Thanks, now I know how to properly express the greatness of Dixie Kong pulling a sock out her mouthhole.

Previewing editsEdit

Hello, Arias 114. When editing, if you'd like to see how your edits affect a page, use the "Show preview" button next to the "Save changes" button. This allows you to check over your edits for any errors and make any additional changes or fixes before you save, which will prevent edits from flooding the page history and recent changes. (If you are on mobile, make sure to check the preview page thoroughly before proceeding to save.) Please try to avoid making excessive, consecutive edits to a single page within a short timespan and instead limit them to as few as possible.

Also, please avoid publishing articles that are stubs; that is, articles lacking information, like one that is only one sentence long. MarioWiki:Manual of Style explains how to properly create a new article in detail.   Mario JC 02:58, August 19, 2025 (EDT)

Thanks, I just started on this website a week ago and I'm still figuring out how things work. Arias 114 (talk) 14:38, August 19, 2025 (EDT)
