Specifying file names

When using this template, I often include a file name in a comment as assistance for future editors. I suggest adding a name parameter to the template, so that invocations of the template such as {{No image|name=MKW Vending machine.png}} would result in a link to a prefilled upload form. By updating the upload form message to use the file name parameter, the upload form could also display the correct syntax for including the file on a page. I believe that adding this parameter would be helpful in signaling intent when uploading files and in making tracking down multiple templates requesting the same file easier. For example, the same images are requested for Mario Kart World mission tables on a central article as well as articles related to the enemies and objects featured within each given mission.
