So, as we were want to do, we were trying to look through the home computer games, and noticed that the assorted titles (like ''[[Super Mario Bros. Special]]'' or ''[[Donkey Kong 3: Dai Gyakushū]]'') for various Japanese home computers of the era, y'know, the PC-88, the Sharp X1, the works, are listed as "NEC personal computers". Which... Sure, all the games were released for, at the very least, ''a'' computer by {{wp|NEC}}. But also, that is a... Woefully incomplete picture. The Sharp X1 was ''not'' by NEC, and yet it houses what are probably the most "famous" (well, famous by "obscure games for Japanese home computers" metrics.) versions of ''DK3DG'' and ''SMBS''; you wouldn't know it from the navbox, though, because these are simply being listed as NEC titles. | So, as we were want to do, we were trying to look through the home computer games, and noticed that the assorted titles (like ''[[Super Mario Bros.
