It seems this title comes from Brawl arrangement, but I think this is misleading since the Mega Microgames title theme (which this article says is for) is half of that arrangement (the other half being the menu theme), and "WarioWare, Inc." can refer to any one of them or, more likely, a general name for the overall arrangement (Brawl had a pretty loose naming scheme for its arrangements, often using just the game or series name as the title; e.g. "Animal Crossing" for the Wild World title theme arrangement, "Ice Climber" for the title and stage themes, "Shin Onigashima" for an entire medley). What would happen if the menu theme were to get an article, too?
I don't think any of the arrangements' titles are suitable for the article title since most of those arrange the second half of the title theme, so I'd suggest maybe just calling it "Title Theme (WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!)".

Update: So I discovered the intent behind "WarioWare, Inc." in the list I linked above and the link being added to Template:Themes was that that article would refer specifically to the motif heard in the second half of the title theme, while "title theme" (the section underneath, which I missed) refers to the first half. I'm iffy on splitting the two when they're part of the same track, especially with one of them being "unnamed" and not eligible but mainly because, how would we handle them if the soundtrack was released on Nintendo Music? It'd be like splitting the distinct sections of DK Island Swing. Mario JC 01:55, November 8, 2025 (EST)
