Per the summary of the edit that removed the artwork of Donkey Kong punching from Donkey Kong Bananza from this article's infobox, "for moveset images, where possible, [the infobox] should either use the character who is most commonly portrayed performing the move." Donkey Kong is by far the character most associated with punching; all of his modern appearances involve punch-heavy movesets, while Mario can only claim a thirty-year-old game where punching isn't even the game's signature move. The Super Smash Bros. series doesn't impact this argument, since fighting games tend to feature punching, and both characters have punches in their moveset in every entry. Regardless, Donkey Kong's Final Smash in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is Jungle Rush, a series of rapid punches, while Mario's Final Smash is Mario Finale, a fireball attack.
