[[Mario]], [[Luigi]], [[Princess Toadstool]] and [[Toad]] enter [[King Koopa]]'s summer castle, where they are thrown into the dungeon. Just when things seem hopeless, [[Waldo the Wizard]] appears. Waldo explains that Koopa kicked him out of his own castle, and plots to use a shrinking potion on King Koopa, which he demonstrates by using on [[Mouser]] and two [[Koopa Troopa]]s. Waldo uses his magic to free Mario and friends, but Toad accidentally spills the potion on Mario and Luigi, shrinking them. | |||
Now shrunk, the brothers finds themselves running from the Koopas, and encounter dangers in the form of Beatle-esque beetles and sprinklers. Koopa then tries to spray Mario and Luigi with pesticide. Waldo eventually manages to conjure up a growth potion, which Toad replaces the pesticide with, restoring the Mario Bros. to their proper heights. Since the potion also enlarged some nearby vegetables, Mario and Luigi chuck them at the Koopa Troopas. Waldo then conjures up a flying boot which literally "kicks" Koopa out of the castle. | |||

"Princess, I Shrunk the Mario Brothers" is the forty-third episode of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! Its corresponding live-action segment is "A Basement Divided".
Plot Synopsis
Mario, Luigi, Princess Toadstool and Toad enter King Koopa's summer castle, where they are thrown into the dungeon. Just when things seem hopeless, Waldo the Wizard appears. Waldo explains that Koopa kicked him out of his own castle, and plots to use a shrinking potion on King Koopa, which he demonstrates by using on Mouser and two Koopa Troopas.
