Gimme a Sign.

Gimme a Sign is a Duel minigame played in Mario Party 7. Its name comes from the plaintive saying "give me a sign", which is a way to request guidance from a higher being; it was also the title of a Breaking Benjamin song.

The players are on four floating rafts, of which each has as image on it. A Shy Guy will hold up one or two signs with the same images that appear on the rafts. The rafts with the images that are on the signs Shy Guy holds up, will sink. The Shy Guy will occasionally lift two signs as well, indicating that the players have to avoid two falling rafts. The signs will change more rapidly the farther along in the minigame the players get. If one of the players fall into the water, he or she will lose; if both players can stay in the game for the duration of the game, it will end in a tie – neither player will win. Likewise, the game also ends in a draw if both players fall into the water.
