New Way of Polling!

I am hosting a website for free at freewebs that has the polls on it the website is under construction. I was woundering if you here at the wiki would like to use it. This new way of voting is easy to count (it shows the results) and it is also an easy "click the circle" type of voting. Anyone can edit it and the login informatio is:

There is one critical piece that is a must: the votes must be able to hide the results to everyone except the administrator (that being me). And in my experience, such will cost money.

In any case, I have found a more efficient way of doing it "the hard way", even though it's still long. I really enjoy listening to music while doing 5, at one point 10 at a time last year as I record them carefully by 3s. At first I looked for such a simple way as this, then when I realized it wouldn't be free, I resorted to the hard way, and now I'm quite content with it. Thus, I will not be implementing this even if somehow the hidden results feature is free, though I will look into it again this year. Wa _T^C_@^Y 16:55, 9 June 2008 (EDT)

banned/unbanned stages

i say that skyworld should be banned, first, verticle recoverer's can get stuck under the moving platform that moves under the stage(ex: Ike, Snake, DK, etc.) also, ppl will probably destroy the edges so that no one can grab on to the edge

To add to that, I'd like to mention Pirate Ship. The overdose of gimmicks on the stage could interfere with the fight. Also, Norfair, obviously because of the lava. Luigi's Mansion as well, due to the same reasons as Hanenbow (pillars block attacks). My Bloody Valentine Hopefully, someone sees this.

I was thinking about not creating a banned list at all, it feels bad to make the tournament so strict. I think that stages shouldn't be banned in the first place. Usually, people tend to not pick gimmicky stages anyway. If someone is scared of a crappy stage being picked, they can consult with the other contestant about what stages to pick. The rest of the rules will stay the same, including certain item bans for team tournaments. Only like 3 people have signed up so far for the brawl tournaments. To do a proper tournament, we need at least 8 people. So even though you don't think you can win, still sign up so that we CAN do a tournament. I myself won't be entering either tournament (except for the doubles brawl tournament), because I am the host and some people are afraid I'll bend the brackets to my advantage. This is more weird, because a lot more people have signed up for the MKWii tourney, which is closing to around 6 people. Ok, I will make a sign-up page soon, for the people who cannot contact me in the ways I mentioned. ~ Knife
