Hotel Wart is a location appearing in the Nintendo Sticker Activity Album. In the ninth activity, Mario is caught by Wart's Moustache Trap, and only has one chance to free himself. The player is then asked which window of Hotel Wart he should throw his vegetable into.
The hotel has seven windows, one of which hides the release switch for the Moustache Trap. The other windows hide a spider on a web, a tube, a chef with a pot of soup, a hand in a fishbowl, a fan, and some bars.
