Is this really supposed to look like this?[edit]

I appreciate the rendered model for its quality and the work done in Blender; however, I doubt that the "jaw" of the piano bends like that in the game. I don't recall seeing it like that when I played it, nor did I see it in any gameplays, and in this image, the bending of the top of the piano isn't apparent either. I like the effort, but I would also like the game's appearance to be respected. I'm not entirely sure, though, and I'd like to confirm if Mad Piano can be seen this way in the game. Otherwise, I'd prefer a model closer to how it appears in the game. Sorbetti Sorbetti Sorbetti (talk) 12:08, December 27, 2025 (EST)

It would help to apply an animation file if available and then source it and note the keyframe but it probably wasn't accessed. Sprite of Mario's icon in Mario Party DS It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 12:41, December 27, 2025 (EST)
Reese can speak to this better, but this model was isolated using MelonRipper, allows one to extract three-dimensional "screenshots" during active gameplay with the textures, lighting, and animations all loaded, so this was not a model manually posed or even one where an animation needed to be independently loaded in. The whole game was "loaded" in. - Nintendo101 (talk) 12:52, December 27, 2025 (EST)
