The Slowgo Candy is a Red Candy in Mario Party 8. It has the combined effects of the Sluggish 'Shroom Orb and Poison Shroom items from past Mario Party games. When used, it lets the player hit a slow-moving Dice Block with 1-5 on it. It is usually more expensive than the Twice Candy, costing 10 or 15 coins. It has a picture of a green Dice Block on the wrapper.
The Slow Dice Block from Mario Party 9 has a similar affect to the Slowgo Candy.

- There is a badge with the same name from Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door called Slow Go which forces Mario to walk rather than being able to run.
