Fresh Pasta.
An item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door in Poshley Heights for 50 coins a piece at the souvenir stand. It heals 10 HP and 5 FP.
Mario should only buy some if he's trying to complete his recipe list. Otherwise, it isn't worth the coins.
In Super Paper Mario, it's replaced with the Fresh Pasta Bunch, which only heals 5HP.
