Cloud N. Candy is a boss in Yoshi's Story. It’s name, as well as the character itself, is a pun on cloud and cotton candy. It is a colossal, buoyant, smiling cloud composed of fluffy yellow candy. In order to defeat Cloud N. Candy, the player has to lick it, which will pick off pieces of it, causing it to shrink until it is fully eaten. Cloud N. Candy jumps during the fight, damaging the player if they touch it, and as it gets smaller, it becomes quicker and more agile. Each time it is licked, the player will recover some health.
