A Blow Hard[1] is a Pokey that fires yellow Needlenoses at Yoshi in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3, Yoshi's Island DS, and Yoshi's New Island. Despite being a Pokey, it more closely resembles a Piranha Plant due to its spherical spotted head and large lips. It always faces Yoshi and has a blinking crosshair to tell where it is firing. Any solid objects and platforms can stop its projectiles. It is near invincible, but Yoshi can pound the ground nearby or throw an egg at it to temporarily knock it out, but it will wake up a few seconds later.
