Bins are objects found in the Big-City in Donkey Kong for the Game Boy, and in the game's sequel, Mario vs. Donkey Kong. Mario can stand on them to reach higher areas, but he can also pick them up and throw them at enemies like Bowbows to defeat them. Some enemies like the Faiachūs cannot be defeated by bins, however. Once a bin hits an enemy, it falls off-screen and cannot be used again.

There are also enemies disguised as bins known as Dasutoman and Baketsuman.
