Yoshi's Story was only localizsed for four languages(Eng, Jap, Ger, Fre) + the Ique port, and the spanish club nintendo refers to all species with either "tipo" (guy) or a lowercase description if they're not a Shy Guy (Tehee Butterfly is the most descriptive, and even then it's just "flying monkeys"))

An Attacky Sack[1] is a large, rubbery, marble-like enemy from Yoshi's Story. The name is a pun on "hacky sack", a small ball-like bag. It has small eyes with green irises and long sharp teeth; its body is covered in multiple patchy colors, and it is roughly three times the size of a Yoshi. Despite their in-game size, their sprite is actually quite small. It is an invincible enemy that slowly bounces off walls. They are only found in Magma Castle, where seven of them appear.

If you think of it as a ball, it's half as scary. The main point is to recognize its movement.
