It is called 75 m because the third level is on 75 meters height (like the first level is on 25 meters, and the second on 50 meters height of the construction site), as seen at the beginning screen of the third level in the Donkey Kong game. The stage is very large, but it has a lot of gaps and openings between the many platforms on the stage, creating a difficult setting. Items unique to the stage also appear, such as a Spring or Pauline's Purse. There is also an 8-Bit Donkey Kong (who is actually Cranky Kong) at the top of the screen, which works in a similar way to the Ultimate Chimera, but not as powerful, and pounds the ground instead of biting.

75m is the third stage of Donkey Kong. Unlike previous levels, this levels has elevators and Donkey Kong shoots Springboards instead of Barrels. 75m is named by that it is 75 meters, and the third level (counting by 25 every level). The level reappears in all ports of Donkey Kong, including the Super Smash Bros. Brawl demo, which features 75m as the first level rather then the third.

75m is also an unlockable stage in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It is the third level of the game Donkey Kong now turned into a stage. Players have to be careful while fighting, otherwise they'll fall through the gaps of the stage, and end up losing a life. Items unique to the stage also appear, such as a Spring or Pauline's Purse. There is also an 8-Bit Donkey Kong at the top of the screen, which works in a similar way to the Ultimate Chimera, but not as powerful, and pounds the ground instead of biting. Trouble Bugs also appear in the stage.

The stage is unlocked by playing 20 VS. Matches as Donkey Kong.
