Aliens are a species of green creatures appearing in the Mario Party series. Aliens are first seen in Mario Party 5, where they briefly appear in the minigame, ID UFO. Later, Aliens appear in Mario Party 6, only appearing in the night of Castaway Bay where they appear near the location of Bowser and Donkey Kong. Aliens are also seen in the Mario Party 7 board, Neon Heights. An Alien is always inside its spaceship or close to it. Its spaceship has star shaped windows. An Alien's spaceship makes a cameo appearance in Mario Party 8 in Bowser's Warped Orbit as the one who leads the player to the Lucky Space.
Squirps of Super Paper Mario and No.48 of Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins are both similar to the Mario Party Alien.
