The Rotten Mush is a Mushroom rewarded to Mario in the Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars video game. It is a rotted mushroom that only recovers five HP to an ally. It is given to Mario by either Grate Guy or Knife Guy when playing their respective games.
