Kurogane Kosakusho Ltd. (often shortened to Kurogane) is a Japanese furniture company that mostly works on office furniture, such as desks and chairs. Nintendo has worked alongside Kurogane several times to create several Super Mario-themed desk accessories and furniture.
Super Mario Bros. collection[edit]
Kurogane released its first collection of Super Mario-themed furniture in 1986. It was based on the video game Super Mario Bros., and the collection included:
- One garbage bin costing ¥1,600.
- One rug costing ¥7,500.
- One shelf and clothing rack combination costing ¥19,500.
- Two different-sized cutting mats costing ¥2,200 and ¥3,600.
- Two different-sized desk mats costing ¥2,100 and ¥2,600 .
- Two different-sized "S" racks costing ¥12,800 and ¥13,800.
- Two different-sized study boards costing ¥950 and ¥1,100.
- Nine chairs with different designs and styles with prices ranging from ¥7,600 to ¥12,800.[1][2]

Super Mario World collection[edit]
In 1990 or 1991, Kurogane released its third Super Mario-themed furniture collection, this one being based on Super Mario World. The collection included:
- One heated rug costing ¥15,500.
- One reading board costing ¥1,800.
- One whiteboard costing ¥1,000.
- Two different-modeled garbage bins with different designs costing ¥1,700.
- Two different-sized study boards costing ¥1,000 and ¥1,800.
- Two rugs costing ¥8,300 and ¥9,000.
- Three different-sized cupboard and clothing rack combinations with prices ranging from ¥25,000 to ¥30,000.
- Five different-sized desk mats costing ¥3,200 and ¥3,900.
- Six different-sized schoolbags with the same design with prices ranging from ¥20,000 to ¥69,800.

Super Mario Advance collection[edit]
In 2002,[9] Kurogane released a collection based on Super Mario Advance. The collection included:
- One double-sided desk mat design in four different sizes with prices ranging from ¥3,500 to ¥4,000.
- One randoseru design with nine different sizes ranging from ¥33,000 to ¥70,000.
- One rug costing ¥9,500.
- One double-sided study sheet.
- Two chair models with three different designs costing ¥16,800 and ¥17,800.
Alongside the collection included a Mario Party 2-themed garbage bin and desk mat respectively priced at ¥2,200 and ¥3,500.[10]
