A Water Elemental Ghost is a spooky, yet vital spirit in Luigi's Mansion. After Luigi has the Water Element Medal, he can shoot jets of water from the Poltergust . However, he must first suck up one of these ghastly critters from something wet, such as a fountain or a sink. This ghost can damage Luigi on contact, though it is hard for them to reach him. However, they can only harm him when at full size, not when partially sucked into the vacuum.
