Then why was it in all those other shogakukan that were before any other games featured them? Official art for a game isn't necessarily concept art for said game, anyways. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 12:18, 13 November 2018 (EST)

Baby Cheep Japanese names
Have you found any Japanese names for the Baby Cheep? The article doesn't mention the Japanese name, and i've asked the question in the talk page a few months ago, but no one seemed to answer me. -- 10:58, 18 November 2018 (EST)

"Had" a certain administrator? Which one would that be? If it's a certain specific one, I might not pursue the issue for the time being. Though honestly, I think my way looks better regardless, and I'm pretty sure I've seen multiple admins change it to the way I do it as well; that's actually why I started. == RE:Spear Guy (toy) ==
Yes. The help menu in my version of the game calls them so. -- 13:36, 21 November 2018 (EST)
:So far, the only elements with different names in the PAL version are Shy Guys (Spear Guys) and Polterguys (Phantom Guys). Their snippets of information are written a little differently too. I don't know about other snippets though, because I don't know how they're written in the American version. It's very probable there are some differences still, since the American text tends to refer to Mini Mario at singular whereas the European version only refers to the toy at plural. -- 16:28, 21 November 2018 (EST)
::Ayy, that was just an oversight. I corrected it. -- 20:33, 5 December 2018 (EST)
RE:Big Bertha
FUꟻ, then stop hitting the blunt! No, seriously, you should maybe think more before you write something under a user's talk page, and give yourself some more time so that you can calm down and not immediately start writing after you read that. I don't think that you are someone who writes something rude to somebody and not regret it later (in contrast to me). 18:40, 23 November 2018 (CET)

Color variations: Toads vs Yoshis
Because more games give differently-colored Yoshis distinct abilities than Toads, even if that's still not very much. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 15:11, 23 November 2018 (EST)

Needlenoses
Hey, i noticed that Yoshi's New Island's guide didn't have an entry on Needlenosess, and only had an entry for the normal Pokey. What does its description says here? Also, what is the description on the Yoshi's Island DS Guide? Because it seems that the latest appearance of the Needlenoses are with Pokeys together. What are the Yoshi's New Island internal filenames for the following Needlenoses? Those spat out by Blow Hards, Sanbo Flowers, thrown by Ukikis and jungled by Pokeys? And those for both colors of Needlenoses. -- 02:12, 25 November 2018 (EST)
::Ps:You can reply to me even if i'm offline. I may check when i'm online again. Also, the article implies that the Nintendo Power guide says that Tap-Tap the Golden is Tap-Tap the Red Nose revived, though it says "Tap-Tap the Golden is back" instead of "Tap-Tap the Red Nose is back" that would imply that the Nintendo Power team thought Tap-Tap the Golden once appeared in another level. Can you translate the description on Tap-Tap the Golden to be sure if it's Tap-Tap the Red Nose reived? Reply me to all those question, and as i told you, you can reply to me even if i'm offilne. -- 06:08, 26 November 2018 (EST)
Mask and Birdface
I'm actually thinking of having Birdface (the boss variant) split, since it's such a specific variation that I don't think even had the same palette in the original. Could be wrong about that, but pretty sure the non-enemy ones were on the scenery layer instead of object. :....so from your wording, I take it they made that awful, evil insinuation that Termina is just a figment of Skull Kid's imagination and the whole of the game was ultimately pointless, utterly gutting the greatest game ever made? Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 18:14, 2 December 2018 (EST)
::Well. Now I'm thoroughly angry. Does NoA just not screen things anymore? Obviously, this "direct link" between LA's and MM's plots is clearly a load of hooey. And while Termina being just that is technically possible within the game's own context and tone, calling it definite is just so maddening. Hurf. :::My parents ended up getting me it (potentially for very little money from a Toys R Us liquidation sale) just to complete the set, so I'll be able to see what silliness lies within if I take it out of the plastic. Okay, but keep in mind that Nintendo does have a history of inconsistent capitalization, especially in the Mario & Luigi series. 11:36, 6 December 2018 (EST)
Blurp Bass
A while back, you had Red Blurp and Blue Blurp split. However, many of their graphics are recolored from each other, Blue Blurp has a blatantly-recolored official artwork, and both of them are mentioned in the am section of that one guidebook, albeit that being where their separated JP names came from. Should they potentially be merged again? I'm also curious about the infobox artwork, might it be intended for the regular Cheep Cheep, since Red Blurp had the same model, just larger, somewhat anatomically longer, and with anatomically smaller eyes? Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 20:13, 7 December 2018 (EST)
:Couldn't have been the website, the artwork there was dithered to oblivion. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 20:52, 7 December 2018 (EST)
RE:Switch Panel
I'd say it's better to bring up with an admin, since it's hard to know which name takes priority here. 16:51, 15 December 2018 (EST)
Big Bullet Bill
Big Magikoopa
The reason I mentioned Giant Kamek on the Big Magikoopa page but not Kamella is the Japanese name being a portmaneau of Deka and Kamekku. I would suggest not putting Kamella on that page unless you want to start doing things like listing Petey Piranha on the Big Piranha Plant page or something like that. I considered them to be close enough to the same idea to just be an alternate name for the same basic idea. Kamella falls outside of that due to being "Boss" Kamekku. == Smash Run enemy disambig ==
Then creation of disambiguation pages with links to trophies, stickers and spirits would apply to every Subspace Army enemy, Assist Trophy and Pokemon with a spirit. The list pages consolidate any info on those characters into a single page (not necessarily only related to Subspace / Smash Run or their Assist / Poke Ball role, e.g. Octoroks in Melee and WarioWare or Palkia in Spear Pillar), so if someone's looking for spirit details, they can just be mentioned and linked to on the list page. Their roles as enemies, Assist Trophies etc. are also more significant, so for that reason too, these should stay redirected to there. 06:10, 21 December 2018 (EST)
:Discussion's fine, see where it goes from there. 06:55, 22 December 2018 (EST)
Yoshi's Story Bee
Hey, since a proposal is running, i want to ask you a question. What does the says? Does it applies to both big and small type, or just to the big ones? -- 06:55, 19 January 2019 (EST)
:The small variation in-game is a bunch of white dots. The large variation is sometimes in smaller groups, I think. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 18:37, 20 January 2019 (EST)
Missile and Purple Bill
By splitting SMB3 Missile Bill page, don't you mean merging it to the regular Bullet Bill page? Unlike Bouncing Bill and Boo Guy case, this one has behavioral changes. Yes, i know that it was due to technical limitations, but i think it is intended to move like that as it is an U-Turn. Admittedly, there's hardly a connection between the Purple Bill and Bull's Eye Bill because of the Super Mario Pia. If the Super Mario Pia doesn't mention its older appearances, does it means that it was intended to be a new type of Bullet Bill unlike the other cases i brought up? -- 11:14, 24 January 2019 (EST)
SM64 guide
Found this linked from the Scuttlebug page, what does this refer to the fire-spitting Piranha as? It doesn't seem to match any of the currently-listed names, and I can't tell which size it is (though location indicates it's big).
