Voice Actors[edit]
Both voice actors are using completely different (and rather phony) accents: Duke's a mobster, Funky's a Jamaican. That alone prevents me from hearing any resemblance between the two of them. Besides that, Damon isn't even listed as a voice actor in Born to Ride, which pretty much negate him from voicing any character in that episode, including Duke. Hello, I'm Time Turner. Yes I know voice actors can make their voices sound like another voice actors voice. However Funky and Duke sound very similar, and Micheal Stark did the voice for Ludwig Von Koopa or Larry Koopa I can't really remember who between those two koopalings but Micheal Stark didn't really do much voice acting in Super Mario World other than either Ludwig or Larry and a couple other characters. - None of the voice actors you listed are Damon, which proves my point that the voice actor of Funky Kong, Damon D'Oliveira, did not voice Duke. Hello, I'm Time Turner. Yes he was not on the cast list. However in the credits it said Michael Stark as Kooky Von Koopa (Credit only). It means that the entire cast list on imdb was incomplete cause the only characters on the cast list where Mario, Yoshi, Luigi, Princess Toadstool, Bowser and a couple other Koopalings, no Duke, Lulu or Rockman. - If a voice actor is not listed, it's almost certainly because he did not voice anyone. Damon was not listed among the other voice actors; therefore, it is almost certain that he did not voice anyone in Born to Ride, including Duke. Hello, I'm Time Turner.
- There's no actual information on who voiced Duke (as it turns out, the info about Stark was added with no proof), but all I'm saying is that it couldn't have been Damon D'Oliveira.
