Template:Minigame-infobox Skipping Class is a Free-for-All minigame in Mario Party 9. Its name is a play on a common phrase used to refer to truancy and the fact that players use a skipping rope.
Introduction
The camera zooms in slightly on the players as they jump rope in front of a fountain.
Gameplay
To earn points, the players must press the button combinations displayed onscreen before the time runs out to perform jump-rope tricks. The faster the buttons are pressed, the more points awarded. If a player presses the wrong button, they will not receive any points for that round. The player that earns the most points after eight rounds wins.
