Rally Wink is a move used by Goombella in Paper Mario:The Thousand-Year Door. Rally Wink allows Goombella to give Mario another turn to attack. This move can only be unlocked if Goombella is at the Ultra Rank. This act can be executed by rapidly tapping the A or B button pending on what is shown, this move can be used for only 4 FP.
