Mario unknowingly talking to Moustafa
Moustafa is a mysterious Nomadimouse in Dry Dry Outpost that will give Mario the Pulse Stone to help him find the Dry Dry Ruins. He's the descendent of the thieves who guard the ruins and built the desert outpost. Currently, Moustafa is the sole gaurdian of the ruins and the only one who knows it's location.
Before Mario can talk to Moustafa, he'll need to give the Nomadimouse "something nice". The oasis in Dry Dry Desert might have the item....
Moustafa lives on the top of the first house in the second area of the outpost.
