Unused Images

Images are commonly found unused, but we need to give the original uploaders a chance to use them before deleting them. Thus, we have a special system:

1. See Special:Unusedimages, but do NOT delete them right away. Smiley images are excused among a few others; + images are glitches, ignore them.
2. If the image is not an exception, tag {{unused}} with the time as a lone variable: {{unused|14:30, 20 January 2008}}
3. Contact the original uploader for each image, sometimes multiple images will have been uploaded at the same time by the same user.
4. Use Special:NukeDPL daily to check for images, tagged with {{unused}}, and no edits to the page in 7 days using this:

I BELIEVE lastrevisionbefore is correct – taking only those articles whose last edits were before the specified time, which has been modified from the current time using the {{#time}} ParserFunction to reflect a week ago, USA ET. I won't be sure until I try it for the first time. But always come here to get the correct number sequence to put in lastrevisionbefore – ParserFunctions always update.
