Rosalina's Storybook

Support

  1. Ashley and Red (talk) It is pretty written, and I don't know why this wasn't featured yet.

Oppose

  1. Mario7 (talk) Though it is a good article, it is mostly just copied text from the game, and is not a good example of Mario Wiki. I think featured articles should mostly be written by Mario Wiki editors, no Nintendo.
  2. Skittles (talk) I agree with Mario7. He is not suggesting the article be rewritten, just that it not be featured. Featured articles are supposed to be articles that the users here have written well, not Nintendo. This does not mean it has to be rewritten, just not featured.

Mario7 and Skittles

  1. Ashley and Red (talk)What should we do??Modify the story don't looks a good option...And reerite it will be lost of time!!
  2. Baby Luigi (talk) Your logic isn't good: using your logic, nearly all featured lists will have to be unfeatured since nearly all of the description and images are by Nintendo. Besides, SOMEONE has to grab and incorporate information into this article, y'know?
  3. Pinkie Pie (talk) Per Ashley and Red and Baby Luigi.

Comments

I think the first image could be better. What is shown is just a texture file of the book Baby Luigi (talk)

I know, but there isn't artwork of the book, is? Or should we use another image (Like an important page of the story)? Ashley and Red (talk)

I think that would be a better idea. Because honestly, the texture should be used in a gallery. Not as part of the main article Baby Luigi (talk)
The 1st page needs to be used, or one with Rosalina and Lumas?Ashley and Red (talk)
The one that illustrates the book better: The one with Rosalina and Lumas Baby Luigi (talk)
OK. I also found that [1] Ashley and Red (talk)
Wich is better? this one, or that one? Ashley and Red (talk)
I like the first one more Baby Luigi (talk)
Done, what do you think? Ashley and Red (talk)

The citation at the beginning of the article is borked - it just links to Nintendo's product page. --Glowsquid (talk) 19:51, 27 January 2014 (EST)

Yep. I saw the" Iwata asks" about the book. The page was deleted Ashley and Red (talk)

Clean up the Empty Section please Baby Luigi (talk)

Whaat empty section?Ashley and Red (talk)
It's fixed. Baby Luigi (talk)
Ah...OK. The article looks better now? Ashley and Red (talk)
It does. I might support it :P. One more thing: is the way this article is written supposed to be like that? Baby Luigi (talk)
:) What you means with it? :) Ashleily and Red (talk)
Like the first sentence of the story: "Our story begins a very, very long time ago with a young girl. One day, this girl spotted a rusted spaceship holding a small star child. " I mean it's not formal at all. Is it in-game text? Baby Luigi (talk)
Oh, sorry :P Yeah, this is in-game text. ;) Ashley and Red (talk)
It should be mentioned that it's told in in-game text or something Baby Luigi (talk)
Yes, it should. But i do not know how do it. Maybe do anything like that?Ashley and Red (talk)

Mario7, The story is written by nintendo, and we can't modify it. Your "oppose" sucks Ashley and Red (talk)

His oppose does not suck, and he is not suggesting it be modified. He is simply stating that pages that are copied completely from games should not be featured. Skittles (talk)
It is copied from the game...Whay does it matter? The beginning of the article is also good (and writen by editors) Ashley and Red (talk)
His logic DOES suck because that's exactly what Featured Lists are: they are text copied from the games and that's basically about it. Though I DO suggest making a table of some sort or something since it still bothers me the way the article is written and it could go as a featured list instead. Baby Luigi (talk)
