She uses capital and small letters alternatively in words and ends her e-mails with "FrOm X". Her e-mails usually instruct Mario to discover what is happening around the Glitz Pit, which includes Grubba's atrocities. Grubba also sends two threatening e-mails to Mario, warning him not to snoop around. These e-mails have normal lettercases and are not signed.

His transformation skills are serving him well, but it still kind of creeps me out...
