#REDIRECT List of stages debuting in Super Smash Bros. Brawl#Halberd
Halberd (Japanese 戦艦ハルバード senkan harubādo "Battleship Halberd") is one of the stages that appears in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It is from the Kirby series, and is based on Meta Knight's ship, the Halberd. It is first appeared in Kirby SuperStar for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, in the mini-game called Revenge of Meta-Knight.

The stage at first takes place on a platform, that is similar in design to the Battlefield stage. Later in the stage, it lands on the Halberd itself. The stage continues to be a Battlefield-stage, however, the background has an added gimmick. A double-barreled battery is in the background, which also has an extended robot arm on its side. It will occasionally shoot ray beams, missiles, and even attack with its robot hand punching. This causes severe problems for the fighters if they are unlucky or targeted. Players must use strategy to make the weapons hit their opponents. The Battleship Halberd is named after the creator of the Kirby series and Super Smash Bros. series, HAL Labs.

In the game's Adventure Mode, it is taken from Meta Knight in a deleted scene that occurs before the player starts playing the game. Throughout the game,  Super Smash Bros. World. The characters follow the Halberd around the world trying to stop the Ancient Minister from destroying it all. In the beginning, after Kirby and Princess Peach or Princess Zelda (depending on which princess Kirby saved) hop on the Warp Star and leave the stadium before it blows up and soon they see the Halberd flying across the sky. They are forced to land on it, but soon, Fox in his Arwing fly by the Halberd. The Halberd starts shooting the Arwing, but the Arwing dodges all the shots fired at it. Soon, the Halberd manages to attack the Arwing by using the robot hand and the Arwing flies down knocking Peach and Kirby off the Halberd while the Arwing continues downward and crashes on Donkey Kong Island, only to be destroyed by Rayquaza later into the game.

Later, Falco, Fox and Diddy Kong ride a top the Great Fox and attempt to battle the Halberd with it , but the Halberd attacks the Great Fox and crashes it into an ice mountain. Fox, Falco and Diddy are presumed to escape by riding the Arwings as shown later. After that, Lucario and Meta Knight climb aboard the Halberd (however, Ice Climbers try to but end up falling off the mountain) and they go inside.Solid Snake somehow found his way aboard the Halberd and he is hiding inside his box. However, after he thinks its safe to come out, he takes off the box and meets up with Lucario and Meta Knight. They all fight Primids and later they see the Peach and Zelda trophies trapped in cages that look the same as Petey Piranha's. Shadow Bugs come in and create clones of the princesses that the three guys fight. After the evil clones are defeated, Peach and Zelda are freed. Lucario and Meta Knight then advance to the top of the Halberd. Snake stays to tell Peach and Zelda something. Snake then leaves and Peach and Zelda think for a while.

Zelda turns into Sheik and the two advance to the top of the Halberd. They do not see Snake but Fox in his Arwing trying to rematch the Halberd. As the Arwing fires shots at the Halberd and almost hits Peach, Sheik thinks Fox is the enemy and Sheik breaks the cockpit of the Arwing and it fell to the ground. Fox and Sheik jump out of the Arwing, land in the Halberd and try to hurt each other. Peach stops them and tells them to drink some tea. Fox is confused and surprised but he decides to drink the tea. Meanwhile, Snake, Lucario, and Meta Knight reach the Control Room filled with Mr. Game & Watches. Snake runs in and hits them all out of the window of the ship. Snake jumps out of the window with them, landing next to Peach, Sheik and Fox. All the Game & Watches but one (the real Mr. Game & Watch) turn into Shadow Bugs which create another boss enemy, Duon. Falco in his Arwing, flies in and jumps off the Arwing. They all fight the strange creature Duon and defeat them to see a Game & Watch trophy. Fox attempts to shoot it but Peach revives Mr. Game & Watch. He then plays with Peach's Parasol.

Meta Knight has taken control of the Halberd and, a long with Captain Falcon's ship, goes over to the desert, where they pick up all the characters in the game except for the villains, and Ness, Luigi and King Dedede. They all hop in the Halberd and take off to the sky where they try shooting down Bowser and Ganondorf's cannon but fail. However, Bowser and Ganondorf shoot the Halbred with the cannon(Ripping a hole through it from front to back) and destroy it. Somehow, everyone inside the Halberd survive and end up in one of the other four ships (Samus's Samus Starship ship, Fox's Arwing, Captain Falcon's ship and Captain Olimar's ship and later Kirby's Dragoon). All the spacecrafts fight Ganondorf and Bowser's cannon. Kirby smashes through the cannon using the Dragoon, destroying it, so Ganondorf and Bowser return to Subspace.

It's crewed by Meta Knight and the Meta-Knights and is equipped with the Combo Cannon and a shrimplike robot called the Heavy Lobster.
